I made this blob background effect using only CSS background-image,
@keyframes animations, and backdrop-filter. It’s pretty much the exact
same concept as the rain background, but with a different shape and over usage
of backdrop-filter lol. I’m too lazy to make the blobs-bg-over effect
customizable. I might integrate something like
lil-gui at some point.
